Steel tube standard

• Tube surface with 5-7 um zinc coated, which can keep 52~80 hour salt spray test without red rust.
• Both ends of tube without rag, corner processing,  smooth, absence of distortion.
• Steel tube is welding tube with annealing treatment before zinc plating.
• Inside of tube should be no rust
• Bending tube with tools of 25mm radius, bending torsion should no more than 11NM

 

PVC package requirement

• Steel tube should be covered with PVC after zinc plating, single wall thickness is 0.65±0.2mm. 
• There is 20-50mm naked tube without PVC at the roll ends. Both ends are fit with white plastic jacket.
